If your product is not working correctly or is damaged please read and understand the warranty policy before attempting to return the goods.  Return shipping fees for warranty issues are at the expense of the customer.

3-Month Store Warranty Policy

From the day you receive the sa tattoo supply products,  tattoo power supplies, tattoo machines, tattoo foot pedals, autoclaves and other (non-consumable) products come with 3-months warranty, some products may also be covered by manufacturers warranty. The Warranty is voided if you've abused, overheated, overlubed or dropped your machine, or if you open/tamper with the motor. It is also voided if you've attempted self-repair.
We will be in contact with you about the next steps moving forward once we identify the issue as each manufacturer has a different resolution for each matter.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
Warranty does ot cover ay superficial damage, only manufacturer faults or defects.

No returns accepted on ink, tattoo needles, consumables.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back directly to any manufacturers.

Extended Manufacturers Warranty

Some items are covered by a manufacturers warranty which may be a longer warranty period than our standard store warranty. In this case please contact us to inform us of any manufacturer warranty issue.
Manufacturers warranty issues are handled on a case by case basis according to each manufacturers specific policies.

How to Return A Product Under Warranty

Simply email us at support@satattoosupply.co.za with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item to return
  • Item condition
  • Reason for return
If you want to return the goods, please contact us before returning. Once you have emailed support@satattoosupply.co.za and all return requirements are met; you will receive a return authorization.

Please include your order number in your return package. Pack your item securely, use a sturdy box, and include padding such as packing bubbles or in a self-adhesive padded envelope. Send back in secure packaging to the address provided on the return authorization
If the returned item is missing any parts or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, the buyer assumes responsibility.
Once the return is received at our warehouse, it can take from 3 to 5 days to process the return. Once the return is processed you will receive an email indicating that the return has been completed.
