Packaging & Handling
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. We will provide you with a waybill number and a link to track your package online. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as courier costs. Our shipping fees are fixed we advise you to group your items in one single order. We may not be able to group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order.
Failed delivery attempts can incur an additional fee from our delivery partner which the customer is liable for.
Ink Expiry Periods
All tattoo inks are sourced from the USA and we guarantee they will be fresh batches with a long expiry period.
Processing Times
In-stock items - Ships out immediately (within 1 business day)
Backorder & Out-of-Stock items - Confirm availability before ordering, pre-order products will have an additional processing period of anywhere from 2-15 working days.
Returns Policy
14- Day Money Back Guarantee
If you have received something from us which is faulty or not what you ordered, return unwanted goods, still new within 14 days for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Items must be returned unused in their original condition. If it was our mistake, we will cover the return shipping fees, if it was the customer who ordered the incorrect item, they will be liable for the return shipping fees to our address in Johannesburg.
How to Request A Return
1. Access the "Orders history" section of your account.
2. Select the order from which you want to return an item by clicking on "Details".
3. Select the product(s) that he/she wishes to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
4. Click on "Request a return"
Restocking Fee
If you would like to return an item for whatever reason but it is not faulty or incorrect, or to no fault of our own, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
Refund, store credit, or replacement will be provided for any product that may be received damaged or lost in transit, for packages received damaged from the delivery partner, they must be reported to the delivery driver or to ourselves immediately after receipt.
For packages that appear damaged or unsealed on attempted delivery, it is better to reject the goods with the delivery driver so they to be returned to us for inspection.
Missing items or lost-in-transit must be reported to us within 3 days of signing for receipt of the package. Queries regarding orders with missing items, reported after 3 days, will not be entertained.
